Miller & Carter in Kettering is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead a team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will mentor staff to be the best they can be and drive service excellence in a busy restaurant environment.

As Assistant Manager at Miller & Carter - Kettering, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be!

What will I be doing? As Assistant Manager
