Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Kettering. You will support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.

• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
