Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Ego - Horbury. You will support the General Manager in daily operations and help lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You’ll mentor staff, drive standards in service and hospitality, and play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while adhering to brand guidelines and company policies.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
