Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Pesto The White Swan. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead and mentor your team, and ensure guests enjoy an authentic, welcoming dining experience with a focus on hospitality excellence.

You will drive service standards, train staff, and role-model professional conduct to elevate team performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations.
• Lead and train the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is unavailable.
• Foster a welcoming and high-performing team environment.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
