Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Highwayman to bring your management experience and mentor your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will support the General Manager and act as Duty Manager when needed, driving performance and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
