Job summary

Premium Village Inns owns a collection of premium pubs across Southern England. We seek an Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, oversee food and beverage, and lead the team to meet KPI targets.

You will enjoy flexible shifts, meal and hotel discounts, development pathways to General Manager, and a front-line role where you stay on the floor with the team while driving growth.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within Hospitality.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience at a high level with consistency.
• Overall responsibility for the food and beverage.
• Achieve the KPI's / performance metrics for the ongoing financial success of the business.
• HR responsibilities including recruitment and development of staff.

Assistant Manager Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience within Hospitality

As our Assistant Manager, you will help to create a special atmosphere for guests. You will still be out there on the floor, right at the heart of the action - but you’ll be more than just ‘one of the team’. While the General Manager drives the business, it is you that manages the day-to-day running of the business…

You’ll need to take ownership of problems, and you’ll live by a mantra of ‘always doing the right thing’ – sometimes needing to think outside the box. Supporting the General Manager is a great way to learn the business side of running a pub. It is a chance to develop your skills and gain the knowledge you need to progress your career even further.

quality local of the area, serving high quality fresh pub food in a cozy pub ambience.
Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well. New to our growing family
is Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started
rolling out last year.
