Job summary

Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy management team and help ensure the pub runs smoothly. You’ll lead by example, delivering fantastic customer experiences and motivating the team during busy shifts.

In this role you’ll support the General Manager, uphold brand standards, drive training and development, and ensure safety and comfort for guests and staff. If you enjoy hospitality and take pride in great service, this is a rewarding next step.
