Job summary

Farmer J in London is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with a passion for great food and people to support daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and high food quality.

You will lead the front-of-house team, recruit and train staff, uphold Health & Safety standards, run team meetings, and collaborate with the Kitchen Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in fast-paced hospitality
• Strong customer service mindset and people skills
• Willingness to lead, train and develop front-of-house teams

Supporting the General Manager in running the day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service and a consistent high food quality, the Assistant Manager will also be responsible for the front of house team performance and development. You’ll set the standard of customer service, ensuring everyone who visits Farmer J has a memorable experience.
