Farmer J in Hammersmith is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to support the Assistant Manager in day‑to‑day restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service and high food quality. The role focuses on leading the front of house team, upholding service standards and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

You will train and coach staff, supervise service, and ensure Health & Safety compliance while maintaining great team morale.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor, with high standards and a true passion for great food and people, to join our young and expanding farm-ily! Supporting the Assistant Manager in running the day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service and a consistent high food quality, the Supervisor will also ensure the front of house team performance and standards.
