Farmer J is seeking an experienced Back of House Supervisor to support the Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen operations, costs, health and safety, productivity and food quality. You will lead the kitchen team and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate up to £14.95 plus a weekly team bonus, daily food allowance, staff discounts and a range of benefits designed to support development, wellbeing and sustainable travel.

Supporting the Kitchen Manager with the daily kitchen operations, costs, health and safety, productivity and food quality, the Kitchen Supervisor will also be responsible for the kitchen team performance and standards.
