As Assistant Manager you will lead the team, deliver exceptional service, manage bookings and stock, and deputise for the Manager when needed. We offer training through the McMullen GROW Programme and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Manager experience required.
• Training through the GROW Programme will be provided.
• Strong guest service and leadership skills.

• Coach and guide new Team Members.
• All aspects of cash and stock control.
• Management duties including bookings/functions, rota planning, cellar management, and deputising in the Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager

Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential however further training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme.
