Harvester's Navigation Inn is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and uphold service standards across food and drinks.

You’ll be a natural leader, focused on staff development, guest satisfaction, and driving revenue while embodying the Harvester brand values. This role is based on site in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management and leadership.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Customer service oriented with a passion for guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is not on site.
• Lead by example to WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGERYOU’LL…
