Harvester - Kings Head in Camberley is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily operations and guiding a great team to deliver excellent guest experiences. You will lead by example, ensuring the team delivers warm hospitality and consistent service across shifts.

You will mentor colleagues, uphold brand standards, drive service quality, and contribute to a welcoming, team-focused environment.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT YOU’LL…

• Useyour management experience to support the General Manager in the day to dayrunning of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Useyour communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to beproud of.
• Be the role model and guide development withinyour team.
