Harvester - Snuff Mill is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on mentoring staff, maintaining high standards, and driving performance in a busy restaurant environment.

You will play a key role in team development, training, and delivering moments that wow guests, while upholding brand standards and ensuring smooth service.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM isn’t available.
