Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Navigation Inn - Harvester. You will support the General Manager, mentor your team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Proven ability to train and motivate teams.
