Job summary

Nando's Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Hereford to lead restaurant teams with energy and passion for hospitality. You will live the brand, motivate staff, and ensure a standout PERi-PERi experience for every guest.

You will drive team development, maintain service standards, and ensure the Nando's customer journey is delivered on shift, every day, across all channels. A superb opportunity for career growth within a family-friendly culture.
