Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in Gloucester. You will lead from the front, motivating staff on every shift, while deputising for the General Manager when needed to ensure memorable guest experiences.

You’ll drive financial KPIs, contribute to a positive, lively workplace, and have the chance to progress through our Aspire programme toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pub teams in branded environments.
• Ability to drive KPI achievement and financial performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest focus.
