Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at a lively local pub. You’ll lead from the front to deliver memorable guest experiences, working with the General Manager to develop your team and strengthen community ties.

You’ll support financial KPIs, inspire every shift, and uphold high standards for guests and staff. The Aspire programme offers a clear path to General Manager, with a range of benefits and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and drive KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
