Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager for a branded pub in East Hagbourne. You will lead the hospitality team, deputise for the General Manager when needed, and drive memorable guest experiences that bring guests back for more.

You will have a track record as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a similar branded environment and a passion for people development. The Aspire programme offers clear progression towards a General Manager role, with competitive benefits and flexible hours.

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
