Job summary

Metropolitan Pub Company in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our busy pub team and help ensure the smooth daily operation. You’ll set an example for both customers and staff, delivering welcoming experiences and maintaining high standards across service, food, and safety.

You’ll support the General Manager, develop team members, and champion our brand standards while adapting to the pace of a bustling venue.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities for team guidance.
• Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure in a busy pub.
• Fluency in English to perform safety procedures and allergen controls.

Responsibilities
