Job summary

Chef & Brewer, a collection of country-style pubs, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You’ll help the General Manager run daily operations and lead the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

As a role model for brand standards, you’ll train staff, ensure safety, and maintain high service levels during a fast-paced shift. Strong English skills are essential to communicate allergen controls and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a hospitality team during busy shifts.
• Ability to maintain brand standards and ensure safety.
• Strong people management and training skills.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely and understand allergen controls.
