Chestnut is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a Chestnut property in the East Anglia region. The role involves leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and collaborating with other managers to ensure a smooth guest journey.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, manage wet stock and cash processes, and drive financial performance to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is required.
• Ability to drive financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Requirements:

• Lead and inspire the FOH and BOH team to achieve high standards of service.
• Collaborate closely with other management within the property to ensure seamless guest experience
• Leading guests through all aspects of an enjoyable restaurant/hotel experience
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.
• Wet stock management within the property
• Drive financial performance by meeting and surpassing financial expectations.
