Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Robin Hood in Sheffield. You’ll support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a team and ensure an outstanding guest experience through coaching and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a restaurant or pub operation and leading a team.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to support the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and duties.
• Train, motivate and develop team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is not on site.
• Monitor quality, service standards and guest satisfaction.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Use

  your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day

  running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.

  your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be
