MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Plough Inn in Eynsford to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, train to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard, act as Duty Manager when the GM is away, and help grow talent across the business.
