Mitchells & Butler's PLC is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager for the Mermaid. You’ll support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, helping to lead the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality or retail environment.
