Job summary

Tosseduk is opening a new store at Gatwick North Terminal and seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a hospitality team with energy and heart. You will support the GM, drive sales growth, and help ensure exceptional guest service from day one.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and a commitment to food safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or quick-service
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Proven ability to drive KPI achievement and performance
• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene
• Experience using systems such as Stint, FNB, Trail, Vita Mojo, Asana is a plus

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support our new store opening in Gatwick North Terminal with energy, ambition, and heart. This is your chance to play a key role in a vibrant store where the team feels like family, guests feel like friends, and success is celebrated together.

Store opening day 28th of October.

Store opening hours 4am to 9pm, team will be scheduled for shifts that can start at 3am, or finish at 10pm.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a leadership role in hospitality, quick service restaurant, airport airside
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to support KPI achievement and drive performance.
• Knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and operational processes.
• Ability to use systems (e.g., Stint, FNB, Trail, Vita Mojo, Asana) is an advantage.
