Job summary

Tosseduk in Gatwick North Terminal is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide a new store opening with energy and heart. You’ll lead a small team, ensure service excellence, and uphold food safety standards from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or quick-service.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety practices.
• Experience using systems such as Stint, FNB, Trail, Vita Mojo, and Asana is an advantage.
• Experience onboarding, training, and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in achieving store goals for service, food quality, and profitability.

We are seeking a Team Leader to support our new store opening in Gatwick North Terminal with energy, ambition, and heart. This is your chance to play a key role in a vibrant store where the team feels like family, guests feel like friends, and success is celebrated together.

Store opening day 28th of October.

Store opening hours 4am to 9pm, team will be scheduled for shifts that can start at 3am, or finish at 10pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead by example and support your team to deliver "healthy and delicious food made fresh with love."
• Assist the management team in achieving store goals for service, food quality, and profitability.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
• Manage daily operations, including food production, waste control, and guest service.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and urgency.
• Create a buzzing, fun, and family-like environment in the store.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the store's success.

• Experience in team onboarding, training, and developing others.
