Job summary

Greene King’s ventures arm is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub. You will lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting training across the team.

You’ll bring brand standards to life while ensuring safety and managing day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will be passionate about great customer service, have strong people skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service at pace in a busy pub environment.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Clear spoken and written English; able to understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and in their absence.
