As an Assistant Manager, you will undergo a thorough induction to prepare you for success and ensure comprehensive training across all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.
You will be at the heart of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting business operations, fostering fun and positivity within the team, and enhancing the customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the team, managing front-of-house operations, and assisting the General Manager with achieving centre goals and financial targets.
You will ensure the centre maintains high standards and service quality, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for customers.
