Job summary

Chef & Brewer in Coventry is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub. You’ll lead by example, support the General Manager, and ensure customers and teams have a great time, day in, day out.

You’ll champion brand standards, train and develop staff, and create safe, welcoming environments. The role offers a competitive salary plus bonus and a clear path for progression within Greene King’s brands.

Salary: £31,000 - £34,750 + Bonus
