Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily pub operations in Watford. You will lead by example, delivering memorable customer experiences and guiding the team to uphold brand standards. A strong focus on safety, training, and exceptional service is essential.

You will work under the General Manager, driving performance during busy shifts and ensuring the venue runs smoothly with high standards across service, operations and guest satisfaction.

£32,000 - £36,000 + Bonus

• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
