Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy pub in Birmingham. You will join the heart of the management team, leading by example to ensure customers and teams have a great time from the moment they walk in the door.

You’ll drive great experiences by guiding the team, modelling strong leadership, and maintaining brand standards throughout each shift. A focus on training, safety, and delivering exceptional service is essential.

Job Description

As Assistant Manager, you’llbe at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.

£34,000 - £38,000 + Bonus

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
