Job summary

Elior UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead teams on site, recruit, induct, train and support staff to deliver a high-quality service to clients and customers.

You will motivate staff, manage budgets and ensure clear communications with internal and external stakeholders, while upholding COSHH, Food Safety, H&S compliance and environmental policies.

• Proven experience of successfully managing a team.
• Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
• A strong team player, highly confident and positive.
• Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised.
• Previous experience within catering desirable.
