Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager for a major High Street brand in the UK. You’ll oversee kitchens and service counters, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional food experiences, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the team and manager to continually exceed expectations.
• Motivate the team to stay on task and deliver service excellence.
• Assist the manager with inventories, budgets and action plans.
• Manage tills and process payments.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Assist with paperwork when required.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
