Job summary

Elior is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join their team in a front-line role. You will play a key part in delivering excellent service, maintaining clean and well-stocked food service areas, and ensuring customers and clients receive accurate information about menus and offers.

In this position you will be responsible for supporting smooth kitchen operations, operating till functions as needed, and ensuring compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety requirements to uphold high

What you’ll be serving up…

As a Hospitality Assistant you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

• Ensure the food is to the highest standard
• Ensure the kitchen area is always clean, well presented and well-stocked
• Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
• Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
• Operate the till point as required, ensuring correct procedures are used
• Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
