Powerleague Barnet is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced sports venue, drive daily operations, and develop a talented team as we roll out our new padel courts.

This full-time role offers £28,000 to £35,000 OTE, with a performance-based bonus, staff discounts, and a benefits program as you hit club targets, manage shifts, coach colleagues, ensure safety and cleanliness, and build community partnerships.
