Powerleague Stoke Trentham Lakes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance and deliver outstanding guest experiences at our fast-paced club.

You will support the Club Manager, lead shifts, coach staff, and help grow our new padel offering while building community relationships and smashing targets.

• Experience leading a team in sport, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, hands-on environment.

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management.
