The role supports the Club Manager and includes coaching, shift leadership, safety, and community engagement as Powerleague expands into padel courts. A dynamic, energetic leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy, hands-on environment.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance.
• Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets.
• Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience.
• Train, coach and motivate the team as part of the leadership pipeline.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management.
• Build local community relationships and promote league growth.
