MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Ember Inns location in Easington, Banbury. The role requires leading by example to ensure guests and teams have a great time in a warm, community-focused pub environment.

The successful candidate will drive brand standards, support the General Manager, and develop team members while delivering moments that wow guests and build loyalty.
