Job summary

Almond Family Pubs seeks an experienced Supervisor to lead busy shifts, coach a team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will work closely with management to maintain high standards, resolve guest queries, and support training and onboarding of new starters.

The Station House is one of Stockport's busiest fresh food pubs, serving quality food and drinks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We're looking for an experienced Supervisor who thrives under pressure, loves leading people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service every single shift.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. You'll support the management team in running smooth, organised shifts, coach team members to be their best, and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

What you'll be doing

• Leading busy shifts and setting the pace for the team
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences from start to finish

• Helping resolve guest queries confidently and professionally

We're looking for someone who

• Has previous supervisory experience in a busy fresh food restaurant or pub
• Is confident leading large, fast-paced services

• Remains calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems
• Takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards
