Job summary

Crew Clothing Junction 32 in Castleford is looking for an Assistant Manager to support store leadership. This full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, focuses on driving sales, motivating the team and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will lead by example with product knowledge, visual standards and service, while helping recruit, train and develop colleagues to maintain our premium brand standards.

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
