Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for full-time hours to drive store performance and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on supporting the store manager in achieving KPIs, coaching the team, and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising to create a compelling shopping experience.

The position requires 37.5 hours per week with a commitment to delivering outstanding service, product knowledge, and a positive store environment that reflects our brand values.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
