Job summary

Crew Clothing Ashford is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our full-time team in Ashford. You will lead a dedicated store team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high merchandising standards to reflect our brand.

You will help recruit, retain and develop staff, drive KPI performance, and champion our multi-channel shopping approach to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
