Crew Clothing Keswick is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store in driving sales, KPIs and overall performance. You will help recruit, motivate and develop the team while maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards and a shopping experience that delights customers.

The role requires customer service focus, strong communication and retail experience, with a passion for brand and luxury fashion.

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
