Job summary

Toby Carvery - Carlisle is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver excellent guest experiences. You’ll mentor individuals to be their best, bring energy to every shift, and help make each visit memorable for guests who love our roast.

Qualifications

• Experience using management to support the General Manager and lead daily operations.
• Strong communication skills to train and inspire the team.
• Ability to be a role model and guide development within the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Act as a role model and guide staff development.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments that make guests want to return.
