The Red Lion is a traditional village pub and a previous winner of CAMRA's coveted "Pub of the Year" award. Located in the village of Histon, on the outskirts of Cambridge, it has been a beer house since 1836. We have a seasoned team of brilliant people who love our pub with rooms. As a fresh food pub with a full kitchen team bursting with ideas, we are looking to develop our food vision. To support growth and ensure smooth operations, we are recruiting a 2nd assistant manager—someone who loves hosting a packed pub, wants to develop and grow with us, and hopefully progress through the ranks with ongoing upskilling.
