Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Mill at Elstead, a busy country pub by the River Wey. You will lead daily operations, create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and drive excellent service while supporting team development in a lively hospitality setting.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy learning new skills, and take pride in delivering high-quality food and drink experiences under Fuller’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the role.
