Job summary

Fuller’s The Mill at Elstead, Godalming, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and create a welcoming hospitality experience for guests and team. You’ll be supported by a strong training program and the community-friendly riverside setting.

You’ll manage shifts, coach staff, and ensure consistent service quality across dining and events, while contributing to broader Fuller’s pub/hotel initiatives and career growth opportunities within the group.
