Job summary

Browns Bath, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and guest experience. You will lead and develop the team, ensuring excellent service across all shifts and acting as Duty Manager when needed.

This role focuses on mentoring staff, delivering high standards of food and hospitality, and benefiting from strong progression opportunities, staff discounts and a supportive team at Browns Brasserie and Bar.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a hospitality or service environment.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver great service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
