Job summary

Browns Bath, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, motivate the team and deliver a superb guest experience. You’ll mentor individuals to reach their best and lead by example on service, standards, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant Manager or similar role.
• Ability to train, inspire and develop a team.
